We are currently seeking a
skilled and experienced Polisher
to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have astrong background in wood surface preparation and finishing
, especially within theinterior fit-out and joinery industry
.Key Responsibilities:
Perform
high-quality polishing and finishing
of wooden surfaces including furniture, doors, wall panels, cabinetry, and decorative elements. Prepare surfaces bysanding, sealing, staining, and lacquer application
(PU, NC, melamine, etc.). Match and mix stains and finishes to required colors and textures. Ensure all work is done withprecision, attention to detail, and clean finishing
. Maintain proper care of tools, materials, and workspace. Follow safety and quality standards at all times.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
within a fit-out or joinery company. Strong knowledge ofwood polishing techniques and materials
.Mandatory fluency in Urdu and Hindi
for clear communication with the workshop team. Ability to work independently and under supervision. Reliable, disciplined, and focused on meeting deadlines.Job Details:
