Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Polisher
with experience in stainless steel and metal fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing, buffing, and finishing metal surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish in accordance with company standards.Responsibilities:
Perform polishing, grinding, buffing and finishing on stainless steel and metal parts. Achieve required surface finishes (mirrors, brushed, H/L) as per specifications Inspects surfaces for defects, weld marks, or scratched and correct them Remove weld marks, scratches, and imperfections to produce smooth finishes. Operate polishing tools and machines safely and efficiently. Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in stainless steel polishing or finishing works Knowledge of various polishing techniques and finishing tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
