This is a remote position.


We are looking for talented interpreters to join our remote team. As an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) / Video Remote Interpreter (VRI), you will provide accurate and professional communication between English speakers and Polish speakers across different fields and industries, ensuring clarity and transparency in every conversation.

Your background and experience

Fluent in English (source language) and native in Polish (target language). 1+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience in a recognized interpretation company (preferred). Strong knowledge of medical terminology (required). Awareness of legal terminology (a plus). International certifications in the healthcare industry are a plus (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.). High school diploma in your native language. High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

Since this is a fully remote position, you must meet the following technical requirements:

Internet

Dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection. Minimum download speed: 10 Mbps. Minimum upload speed: 3 Mbps. Wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not allowed).

System

Minimum Windows 10 operating system. Dual-core 2 GHz processor (Intel Core i5 or superior). Minimum 8 GB RAM.

Equipment

Single device (desktop or laptop) capable of running the required systems. No external devices (phones/tablets) permitted. External monitors and connectors (if applicable). Computer set to "High Performance" mode (not "balanced" or "power saver"). Must always be plugged into a power adapter (not battery mode). Chromebook or Mac devices are not allowed. USB noise-canceling wired headset with built-in microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth).
