About the Role:
Our Client is looking for a Senior Analyst to support strategic and operational projects by providing high-quality analyses and policy briefs for senior stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the success of key initiatives.

Project Coordination:
Manage project schedules, activities, and documentation to meet objectives.
Knowledge Management:
Maintain databases, memos, handbooks, and manuals for easy access by internal teams.
Research and Project Support:
Conduct research on higher education and related topics to inform stakeholders. Support the entire research grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with frameworks and policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with external consultants, experts, and key partners to deliver agreed outcomes.
Practice Development:
Contribute to team initiatives, events, and learning sessions.
Reporting:
Report on project progress, budget deviations, and risks, while recommending solutions where needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree (preferred in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or Economics).
At least 2 years in a strategic advisory role, with experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects. Understanding of higher education trends is a plus.
