Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and ensuring the successful onboarding of large corporate accounts via the inception or renewal process. Leads large-scale, complex inceptions and renewals often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners. Defines and tracks inception and renewal milestones, while developing and maintaining an overall integrated delivery plan and roadmap. Directly manages all aspects of the inception and renewal life cycle and works with matrix partners to oversee all phases. Partners with business teams to manage scope and to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time and quality parameters. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders (internal & external) on different aspects of assigned initiatives. Represents the client's intent in various project governance and inter-department forums. Publishes a variety of inception and renewal status/health reports. Chairs weekly Core Team and monthly Operating Committee meetings to review progress with key constituents. In partnership with Operations, Sales and Client Management, ensures end results are of the highest caliber ensuring success inception and renewals Proposes recommendations and adjustments to inceptions and renewals based on Operational capabilities Responsible for partnering with broader Operations teams to ensure activities related to Operational Readiness, including business support, eligibility, compliance contact center and claims are ready to service by clients effective date.
