Support the design, review, and implementation of finance policies, procedures, and internal controls. The role ensures strong financial governance and process efficiency across agriculture and retail/FMCG business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, revise, and standardize finance policies, SOPs, and process maps.
Perform end-to-end reviews of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, inventory, costing, capex, etc.).
Identify control gaps and recommend improvements aligned with IFRS and best practices.
Drive process optimization initiatives across agriculture and retail/FMCG functions.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure policy adoption and compliance.
Conduct training and workshops on new or updated policies and procedures.
Prepare assessment reports, documentation, and management presentations.
Support internal audits, risk assessments, and system/ERP enhancement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
7-10 years' experience in finance policies & procedures, internal controls, or process improvement.
Experience in agriculture and retail/FMCG sectors preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex processes.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
