Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Licensure to practice medicine in the relevant state or region, with specific DOH license
- Preferably, experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Strong clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and managing physical and functional impairments
