Oversees project portfolio, monitors progress, manages risks, budgets, and stakeholder reporting while working fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track all ongoing projects under the PMO.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate with project teams and leadership.
Ensure alignment with PMO governance and frameworks.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Required Skills
5-7 years of PMO experience.
Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with PMO tools (JIRA, MS Project, PMO dashboards).
On-site availability.
