Role Overview:
The PMO Coordinator will support project teams and management in executing effective project planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in project coordination using Odoo and a good grasp of tools like Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure project plans are updated
Assist in preparing project schedules and reports using Odoo/Primavera/MS Project
Track project deliverables, risks, and milestones
Conduct risk assessments and assist in mitigation planning
Compile weekly/monthly project performance reports and dashboards
Support internal and client-facing meetings with updated documentation
Maintain documentation and project filing systems
Escalate issues to management as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles
Strong knowledge of Odoo Project Management
Familiar with Primavera, MS Project, and related tools
Understanding of Risk Management, Project Planning, and Reporting Frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Candidates must be based in Qatar with valid documents
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
