  • Facilitate the yearly road map finalization of Project and Change Portfolio in line with the capacity and demand planning
  • Continuous review of the Portfolio through various forums like Portfolio Management Reviews meeting, Focus Meetings and highlight the KPI s through standard dashboards , facilitating the issue/risk mitigations to deliver the Portfolio within time , cost and quality
Commercial & Financial Management
Effective Cost Management of Portfolio & AMC
Monitoring, Controlling and Processing of all purchase requisitions related to the Portfolio ensuring all controls and checks are followed diligently and by making sure timely processing of all invoices , facilitating timely capitalization of completed portfolio
Quality Management
Process compliance index
Working alongside of the QMG team to carry out the internal review of the ongoing portfolio and facilitating early warning signals and thereby ensuring quality of the project delivery
Process Improvement
Drive Process Improvement initiatives
Identify appropriate methodologies and best practices and create standards, guidelines
Define standard planning methodologies used to ensure consistent and repeatable project development performance
Change Management: Support and Manage the IT Change Management Process.
