Job Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior Engineer - Sustainability with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical upstream and downstream industry. Successful candidate shall perform below duties;

+ Develop growth projects short- and long-term sustainability strategies

+ Monitor the effectiveness of sustainability programs and recommend changes to close the gaps

+ Support the implementation of Water, Energy, Waste Management and Biodiversity requirements

+ Research and review regulatory, technical, or market issues and align with the ongoing ADNOC Sustainability workstreams

+ Develop strategies for implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the growth projects

Minimum Qualification

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with HSE related specialization or equivalent discipline

Minimum Experience & Knowledge and Skills

+ 10 years of experience in HSE, Sustainability, Strategy and Policy Development and other Sustainability management functions in a similar position in the oil and gas industry

+ Experience in all or at least one of the following fields Upstream / Downstream specifically in Operations, Construction, Petrochemicals and Refinery is preferred on HSE matters
