Job Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior Engineer - Social Risk Management with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical upstream and / or downstream industry. Successful candidate will be responsible to perform below duties

+ Implement the SRM commitments and guiding principles across growth projects

+ Performs Social Risks reviews and endorsement of Social Impact Assessments

+ Develop External Stakeholder Engagement Plans

+ Research stakeholders, social impacts and social risk context in order to gain insights and implementation for G and I projects

+ Coordinates a collaborative team to integrate SRM mitigations and deliverables in projects and operational teams

Minimum Qualification

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with HSE related specialization or equivalent discipline

Minimum Experience & Knowledge and Skills

+ 10 years of experience in HSE, Social Risk assessment and management studies for projects or operational requirements, CSR performance assessments and other relevant or similar position in the oil and gas industry

+ Experience in all or at least one of the following fields Upstream / Downstream specifically in CSR, Operations, Construction, Petrochemicals and Refinery is preferred on HSE matters
