Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.

Overview / Responsibilities Ensure that the EPC Contractor complete the Contract review according to applicable system procedures Ensure that the EPC Contractor reviews and assures the compliance of PEP with applicable system documentation and client requirements Check that the Project Execution Plan is maintained up-dated by the EPC Contractor Ensure that the EPC Contractor maintains relationship with Client counterpart Check that critical supplies are monitored by the EPC Contractor through QC reports, as per Project Execution Plan requirements Check that the EPC Contractor maintains records of all Findings arisen during the engineering and procurement / subcontracting development Check that the EPC Contractor expedites commitment definition and closes-out, keeps update data base and analyses trend of relevant project Findings Check that the EPC Contractor verifies that Findings arisen are overcome with Corrective Actions according to the established system documentation Check that the EPC Contractor manages and assures that records or Dossiers of Corrective Actions are kept Check that the EPC Contractor prepares audit schedule and performs audit within Project Task Force Check that the EPC Contractor Keeps Quality Manager informed of the progress of the project Check that the EPC Contractor keeps Quality collection data system up-dated Check that the EPC Contractor includes KPI analysis in the Contract monthly report and provide narrative on QAS activities as required Check that the EPC Contractor prepares a Quality activities report to the Project Manager where required for Contract periodic reporting Check that the EPC Contractor performs all necessary surveillance actions on criticality rated items (QC report analysis, Findings records or Dossiers are available, Assessments) Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Minimum of 7 years' experience Minimum of 5 years in similar position Good leadership and team building skills Good written and verbal communication skills Experience in PMC/EPC Organization in Refinery/Petrochemical Industries and have managed major projects Company Overview
