We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Plumbing Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, safety procedures, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g., pipes, valves, drains, water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets). Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance. Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions. Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools. Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and other professionals on new installations or renovations. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations. Respond to emergency calls and after-hours service requests as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and professional work area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in plumbing preferred. 2+ years of experience as a plumber or plumbing technician. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy tools and equipment and work in confined spaces. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills.
