Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly, installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal systems for buildings.null• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly, installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal systems for buildings. • Trains new workers. • Assist the contract management team to process the BoQs and bills for the relevant projects thereby verifying plumbing works. • Ensure that quality control and quality assurance procedures are carried out by the parties concerned at project sites and report any deviation in quality to Project Engineer. • Ensure that safety is being enforced by the project managers that maintained at project sites, contractors’ workmen i.e. use of PPEs, proper barricading & sign boards, extra caution to be exercised when work is in progress in sensitive areas. • Supervise/monitor the man-hours for different mechanical jobs and ensure that the same are within the budget/estimate and report discrepancies, if any, to the Project Management team. • Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
