Job Description
Manage and direct construction crews on-site.
Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is progressing smoothly.
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.
Ensure availability and proper use of materials and tools.
Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
Ensure all work meets the specified quality and safety standards.
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or defects.
Enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Keep daily records of work progress.
Report delays, risks, or issues to the site manager or project engineer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
