Plumbing Foreman

Job Description
: We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman with at least 7 years of experience working in the GCC or UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating plumbing installation and maintenance activities on construction sites. The position requires a strong technical background in plumbing and a deep understanding of construction industry practices. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation and maintenance activities on construction sites.
- Plan and schedule plumbing installation and maintenance activities to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure efficient and effective execution of plumbing work.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project conditions and identify potential issues.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards related to plumbing installation and maintenance.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Manage materials and equipment inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Plumbing Foreman in the GCC or UAE.
- Strong technical background in plumbing installation and maintenance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to plumbing design and construction.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
