Plumbing Foreman
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Plumbing Foreman to supervise and manage plumbing installations on commercial and high-rise construction projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure quality workmanship, coordinate site activities, and enforce compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and assistants on site.
Read, interpret, and execute plumbing drawings, specifications, and layout plans.
Plan and schedule daily work assignments and manage material delivery and usage.
Ensure all plumbing works meet UAE regulations and quality standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, inventory use, and progress reports.
Collaborate with site engineers, MEP coordinators, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
Enforce safety protocols, and ensure safe and clean site practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in construction, with at least 2 years in supervisory or foreman roles, ideally on MEP or high-rise projects.
Proven background on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
Ability to read plumbing layouts, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality).
UAE experience is mandatory; valid UAE driving license preferred.
