to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing works on-site, ensuring quality and timely completion of all plumbing installations, testing, and commissioning in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate plumbing works on construction site.
Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
Oversee installation of pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA plumbing standards.
Conduct inspections and testing for leaks and pressure as required.
Maintain material control and ensure proper tool usage on site.
Manage and guide a team of plumbers and helpers.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE/Gulf experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems in residential/commercial high-rise buildings.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematics.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with local codes and safety regulations.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
