Lead and supervise plumbing crews on-site.
Allocate daily tasks and ensure proper workforce distribution.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
2. Planning & Coordination
Coordinate plumbing activities with other trades (e.g., electrical, civil).
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Plan materials, tools, and manpower requirements in advance.
3. Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
Inspect work for quality assurance and rectify defects immediately.
Conduct testing of piping systems, fixtures, and valves for leaks or faults.
4. Safety & Risk Management
Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage at all times.
Identify potential hazards and mitigate risks on-site.
Report incidents or near-misses and conduct toolbox talks.
5. Material & Resource Management
Request materials and ensure timely availability.
Maintain inventory control and prevent wastage.
Ensure all tools and equipment are used and maintained properly.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily work logs and manpower records.
Report progress, issues, and delays to site engineer or project manager.
Ensure completion of inspections and documentation for handover.
7. Training & Mentorship
Train and guide junior plumbers and helpers.
Promote teamwork and a productive work environment.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
