The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all plumbing and drainage works on site.
Execute and monitor high-level and low-level drainage system installations.
Oversee plumbing works for villas, commercial offices, F&B outlets, and retail spaces.
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and drainage systems as per project specifications and standards.
Install and maintain plumbing equipment such as:
Solar water heaters
Water chillers
Plumbing pumps
Water filters
Electric water heaters
Conduct quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other trades for smooth workflow.
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems.
Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning.
Good understanding of various plumbing equipment installations.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
