Job Description

Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing, drainage, and water supply works for luxury villa fit-out projects. Prepare weekly manpower schedules and short-term forecasts to align with project timelines. Track and report daily work targets vs. actual progress, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery. Raise material purchase requests for plumbing, drainage, and luxury sanitary ware; follow up with procurement for timely delivery. Maintain and update site material inventory list / logs (pipes, fittings, fixtures, valves, sanitary ware). Oversee installation of premium sanitary fittings, water closets, bathtubs, Jacuzzis, and spa systems with attention to detail and install in line with the tile levels and layout. Coordinate and supervise MEP works for swimming pools, fountains, and water features, ensuring proper waterproofing, circulation, and filtration systems. Monitor and inspect irrigation system installations for landscaping areas. Supervise solar water heating systems and calorifier hot water solutions . Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, and civil/interior teams to avoid service clashes and achieve integrated design intent. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, and other authority standards. Maintain a s*afe site environment in line with health and safety regulations.
PPR works , Drainage - manhole - inverted levels calculation , UPVC - UG line work, High pressure PVC works experience is mandatory. Pump head calculation knowledge is mandatory
