Prepare proposal submissions
Prepare tender drawings, documents and technical specifications
Able to develop estimates for HVAC and Plumbing elements at concept and detailed levels of design
Good knowledge of the subcontractor market
Develop an understanding of the companies risk management procedures
Work independently and make technical decisions based on building code interpretation company, client and industry standard practices
To focus on service delivery and that PPM work, installation and reactive works completed on time to a high standard
To provide customers and contracts with technical support and take part in 24 hour emergency call out service
To carryout site surveys for the purposes of preparing quotations for PPM and extra works, if requested by supervisor
To assist in site inspections to generate quotations for extra works
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
