Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Plumbing Project Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in the UAE construction industry to oversee and manage the execution of Plumping works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful implementation of Plumbing systems in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:

Oversee and manage the daily execution of Plumbing works on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and plans. Monitor and inspect the installation water supply & Drainage systems for quality assurance.
2. Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, and other site team to resolve site-specific challenges. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
3. Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure all MEP works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, DEWA standards, and project specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any non-conformance issues.
4. Problem Solving:

Address and resolve technical issues and discrepancies during construction. Propose practical solutions for site challenges to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Documentation:

Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and inspection records. Assist in the preparation and review of as-built drawings, testing, and commissioning documents.
6. Health & Safety:

Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at the worksite. Identify and mitigate potential hazards to create a safe working environment.
7. Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 4-6 years of UAE-based experience as an Plumbing Site/project Engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
8. Preferred:

Experience in managing Mechanical works for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable e practices. Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
