Job Description
Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical engineering.
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant professional experience in UAE/ Middle east in Mid Rise/High rise buildings. Good Expertise in water supply, Drainage& firefighting systems Should be well aware of local authority regulations, Plumbing/Fire protection codes material, equipment selections. Effective communication Skills, while dealing with consultants/Clients/ Main Contractor. Able to independently handle site team execution, prepare labour histogram, cash flow requirements, prepare monthly billing and resource planning for timely completion of project.
