Plumbing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Review plumbing design drawings, technical specifications, and submittals. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and interface issues. Ensure designs comply with local codes and standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals. Conduct thorough inspections of Mechanical installations on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Identify discrepancies between design intent and actual site conditions; propose corrective actions as needed. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring plumbing activities are completed on time and within cost. Conduct site inspections and quality checks for code and standard compliance. Assist with material take-offs, procurement, and on-site verification of materials. Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of plumbing systems. Prepare and maintain documentation such as inspection reports, daily logs, and as-built drawings. Resolve site-related technical issues and provide expert guidance to the project team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of local building codes, plumbing standards, and international regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
