Job Description
:
Design and execute plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage) as per project scope.
Review and interpret plumbing drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise and inspect site plumbing works to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Conduct pressure testing, flushing, and system leak checks.
Prepare and submit material submittal, method statements, and shop drawings.
Coordinate plumbing works with other trades (civil, HVAC, electrical) to avoid clashes.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations (e.g., DEWA, DDA).
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain inspection logs.
Support the project team in commissioning and final handover stages.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
35 years of UAE/GCC experience in plumbing systems for building projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, piping standards, and system design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and plumbing design tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
