KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare layouts for plumbing and drainage for a variety of projects.
Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects.
Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings.
Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a ???Contracting company
-Experience is needed, especially in the GCC.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. ??-Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
-????Proficiency in using AutoCAD software
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
-Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
