CONTEXT



Plumbing and Fire Fighting Engineer

MISSIONS/MAIN DUTIES



Responsible for the design reviews and coordination of plumbing(water supply, drainage) and fire protection systems
Ensure Compliance with relevant local/Dubai/UAE and international codes(NFFPA, IPC etc)
Coordinate with multidisciplinery teams to resolve clashes, ensure spatial planning, and integrate MEP solutions

PROFILE/SKILLS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Relevant certifications and experiences with Duabi regulatory requirements are an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in design of Plumbing and fire fighting systems, preferably on metro rail or large infrastructure projects.

Background:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of plumbing layouts, fire fighting system schematics, local authority approval processes, and BIM/design tool proficiency required.
Successful track record on rail and metro projects.
Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
Preferably with UAE experience, GCC experience would be advantageous
