:
- Perform electrical,plumbing and general repair work on residential and commercial properties.
- Handle various tasks including plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, painting, and flooring.
- Diagnose and address issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.- Co-ordinating with other technicians and the management to complete the work on time.- Submit the signed work completion report from the tenant to the management.
- Report all the work to the management on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with a broad skill set in construction and repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
