We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber with prior working experience in Dubai/UAE to join our maintenance and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Job Responsibilities (JR):
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Identify required tools and special equipment.
Coordinate with other team members and contractors on-site.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and maintenance requests.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience in Dubai/UAE.
Sound knowledge of local plumbing codes and practices.
Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
