Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Plumber with Electrical & Cabling Expertise

to join our factory team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will handle both plumbing and electrical tasks in an industrial environment, ensuring smooth factory operations, machinery functionality, and compliance with UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing Tasks:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures. Handle water block issues, water pump problems, and water line leakages. Maintain plant water systems, including cooling systems, garden lines, and water heaters. Install and repair PVC, iron, and copper pipes. Support plumbing maintenance of industrial machinery where required.

Electrical & Cabling Tasks:

Perform electrical wiring, cabling, and related tasks in line with UAE regulations. Troubleshoot and maintain electrical components of machinery and production lines. Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety and company standards.

General Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and electrical systems. Follow plant layouts, machinery diagrams, and blueprints. Perform minor carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, and ceiling work as needed. Prepare cost estimates, keep accurate records of work, and document materials used. Respond promptly to plumbing and electrical emergencies.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven work experience as a plumber with electrical wiring and cabling knowledge. Familiarity with UAE safety, building, and installation standards. Ability to work in an industrial/factory environment with running machinery. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools for plumbing and electrical tasks. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Physically fit and capable of handling technical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and follow instructions accurately.
