What you will do:

Key Accountability 1: Maintenance Services.

Responsible for :

• Efficiently and effectively carryout corrective and preventive maintenance services of Domestic water system, Irrigation system, water tanks, various pumping system (booster, sump pump), and sanitary fixtures in accordance with defined service standards.

Key Accountability 2: Customer Service

Responsible for :

• Contribute to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with colleagues and client by maintaining open lines of communication on all matters raised and attending to urgent matters as they arise.

Key Accountability 3: QHSE.

Responsible for :

• Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard.
• Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others
• Adhere strictly to all Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions - thus preventing potential incidents at all times.
• Always comply with HSE policy

Key Accountability 4: Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, Tools & Tackles, Return of materials.

Responsible for :

• Maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, tools and tackles used for maintenance related works and return the same
• Returning all defective, unused materials, spare parts to store

Key Accountability 5: Behavioural and discipline.

Responsible for :

• Punctuality, time management and proper communication with supervisor, team and customers
• Compliance to company policies and procedures
