Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Installs, repairs, and maintains chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems. \xc2\xb7 Operates reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and other plumbing equipment and hand tools. \xc2\xb7 Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations. \xc2\xb7 Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance to all plumbing, heating and Ventilation, hot & cold-water mechanical systems. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work carried out and report any substandard or defective equipment. \xc2\xb7 Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems and fixtures \xc2\xb7 Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times. \xc2\xb7 Work in accordance to Fixperts policies and procedure.
