Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in villas (lighting, wiring, DBs, control systems, etc.).
Carry out plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in MEP systems efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and MEP layouts.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members for smooth execution of tasks.
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs when needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of MEP work experience in the UAE
, specifically in
villa construction or maintenance
.
Strong knowledge of
electrical and plumbing systems
.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, Plumbing, or related field preferred.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.).
