Maintain and to solve technical problems related to plumbing, drainage, medical gas, water supply etc. Inspect machines and systems and collect data.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Attend to break down maintenance & repair.
Assist Engineers to inspect machines, conduct tests and collect data.
Perform routine inspection of equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Evaluate/ maintain the performance data for each machine.
Follow-up equipment under service contracts.
Any other duties as directed by the Department Head.
Identify operating problems & act to resolve them.
Ensure the workplace & store is maintained in a good condition.
To assist other engineering staff as instructed.
Prepare documentation as instructed, for JCIA compliance.
Follow regulations, instructions and training given for Fire response, Infection Control, Safe work practices, Hazardous materials etc.
To work in shifts to suit functioning of department.
To be available for ON CALL and overtime work as per employment contract.
