What you will be doing:

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment, including water supply systems, sewer pumps, and drainage networks throughout the property. Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems, including sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners. Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning fat traps, soil pipes, and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets. Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements. Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring proper positioning and functionality. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures. Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Team Leader or foreman.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, maintenance Experience in a similar hospitality field Ability to speak clearly English * Skills in the following categories: Plumbing, Pipe fighting, Water Heater, Boilers, Electrical (an advantage), General Maintenance
