With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a Plumber with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to join our pre-opening team in Doha. Just a stone\xe2\x80\x99s throw from the many favourite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options. Here\xe2\x80\x99s a little taste of your day-to-day: Maintains and repairs plumbing systems, opening and cleaning clogged drain pipes and traps, installing and replacing plumbing fixtures, repairing and or replace broken plumbing items, municipal water distribution, sewer systems, plumbing fixtures, Tanks, and water filtration and softeners. Respond to emergencies and water leaks. Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings using hand tools and power tools. To remove grease and clearing of grease traps. Study building plans and working drawings to determine required work tools and equipment, and sequence of installations. Use of various material such as lead, resin, wax, sealer, solder nuts, bolts, pipe fittings, couplings, caulking, marantic acid, screws, pipe dope, etc. Work with commercial-type equipment such as kitchen and laundry plumbing. Prepare lists of needed supplies, hardware, and equipment. General knowledge of cuts, weld, fusion, solder and braze methods. Perform maintenance, repair, replacement or new installation of water based firefighting system and components such as standpipe, and sprinkler systems. Installs new equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures, governmental plumbing standards, fire and structural codes. Operates specialized equipment and tools including pipe threaders, pipe grove machine, pipe cutting machines, and cutting torches. Must have good knowledge of installation / repairing of all types of pipe construction materials. Must take daily water consumption readings throughout the property. Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions. Perform other assigned duties as assigned. What We need from you:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / higher education qualification
• At least one year of experience in the same field
