Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage, and fixtures).
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or corrosion.
Repair or replace defective parts, such as faucets, valves, pipes, or fittings.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other faults using pressure gauges or other tools.
Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
Respond to emergency plumbing requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff, electricians, and HVAC technicians as needed.
