We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for a Plumber who is responsible to for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems within the hotel.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:

• Maintain the hotel equipment, building and asset in good condition to ensure its high performance and reduce the breakdown.
• Report immediately any misuse of hotel equipment and assets to their direct Supervisor or Shift Leader.
• Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.
• Installing and connecting pipes, fixtures, and appliances, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Regularly inspecting and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure they function efficiently and identifying and repairing any leaks, blockages, or malfunctions.
• Responding to plumbing emergencies, such as burst pipes or sewer backups, and quickly addressing and resolving these issues to minimize guest disruptions.
• Ensuring that all plumbing work complies with local building codes and regulations to maintain safety and sanitation standards.

What We need from you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
