Carry out predictive and proactive maintenance of all building potable water, fire water and chilled water lines and different types of valves o Ensure the availability and reliability of all sanitary fixtures of all types, water supply to sanitary and building floor drains. o Carry out maintenance of both sewer and storm drain lines within and outside the buildings. o Carry out installation and modification requirements on all manner of pipes required for undisturbed usage of sanitary equipment as well as the drainage system

The candidate should have a transferable visa with NOC
Candidates must have FM / maintenance experience
