Skills Required:

Trade Diploma and 2 years working experience in GCC

He must have Experience reading technical designs and blueprints. Proficiency using plumbing tools, materials, and equipment.

Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems.

Able to understand English

Duties & Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and other technical documents to asses building needs and pipe/plumbing fixture plans

Maintain and inspects joints, valves, pumps, dosing pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary

Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.

Install new plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to, sinks, commodes, urinals, faucets, garbage disposals, domestic water heaters and related devices.

Respond to emergency plumbing calls such as clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, gas odors and possible gas leaks. Evaluate situation and take proper corrective action.

Affix clamps, screws, brazing, soldering, welds, etc. to pipes and tubes

Measure and modify pipes accordingly by cutting, threading, or bending pipes by using specialized tools

Install and/or repair household item water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.

Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs

Performs preventive maintenance in Guest rooms and public areas as per local law like shower head cleaning, maintain PH chlorine for potable water

Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functioning

Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes

Provide complete report upon completion of task as assigned by the supervisor

To maintain stock / materials for any contingency

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
