Experienced Plumber

, you will play a key role in maintaining the plumbing systems of our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Installation:

Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both new and existing buildings, including water lines, drains, sewers, and gas lines.

Repairs:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with residential or commercial plumbing systems, including fixing leaky pipes, clogged drains, and malfunctioning water heaters.

Maintenance:

Conducting routine inspections of plumbing systems, water heaters, and pumps to ensure optimal function and safety.

Customer Service:

Interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner, explaining plumbing issues, recommending solutions, and providing accurate cost estimates.

Code Compliance:

Ensuring all installations and repairs comply with local plumbing codes, building regulations, and safety standards.

Documentation:

Keeping accurate records of services rendered, materials used, and hours worked. You will also maintain work logs for future reference or customer service follow-up.

Team Collaboration:

Working with a team of plumbers and apprentices to complete larger jobs, ensuring all work is done efficiently and to the highest standards.

Emergency Services:

Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as burst pipes, sewer backups, or water heater failures, often outside of regular hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a plumber.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bachelor's degree or certificate in domain.
