Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines.
Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or maintenance needs.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls, including after-hours or on weekends if required.
Work with tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, and pipe insulation.
Maintain an inventory of plumbing tools and supplies, ensuring that the vehicle is stocked with necessary equipment.
. Ensure compliance with safety and facility maintenance standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber (certification or apprenticeship may be required)
Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
Ability to handle physical work and heavy lifting.
Preferably from a facility management background
Capable of troubleshooting and repairing pipe networks, valves, and pump systems
