Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Conduct regular inspections of plumbing infrastructure to identify and address issues proactively.
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on pipes, valves, faucets, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing components.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including leaks, clogs, and system failures.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
Work with building management to schedule service tasks and minimize disruption to occupants.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and reports.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff, electricians, HVAC technicians, and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship certification preferred.
Proven experience as a plumber, ideally in building maintenance or facility operations.
