to join our maintenance and utilities team at a cement factory in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of all plumbing, piping, and water systems across the industrial plant to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair
water supply, drainage, and piping systems
within plant buildings and utilities.
Assemble, fit, and secure
PVC, GI, MS, and HDPE pipes
, valves, and related fixtures.
Inspect and troubleshoot
leaks, blockages, and damaged pipelines
and perform corrective maintenance.
Install and maintain
pumps, tanks, sanitary systems, and firefighting lines
where required.
Read and interpret
plumbing layouts, piping diagrams, and technical drawings
.
Support civil and mechanical teams during
plant maintenance, shutdowns, and modifications
.
Ensure all plumbing works adhere to
safety and quality standards
.
Maintain proper documentation of materials used and report maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Diploma
in Plumbing or Pipefitting.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Plumber in
industrial, cement, or manufacturing facilities
.
Good knowledge of
industrial water systems, drainage layouts, and pump installations
.
Ability to use plumbing and pipefitting tools effectively and safely.
UAE / GCC experience
preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of
industrial plumbing systems and fittings
.
Skilled in
pipe cutting, threading, and jointing techniques
.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to
safety, quality, and preventive maintenance practices
.
