We are hiring an experienced

plumber

for indoor renovation work at an existing hospital in Dubai. The job primarily involves the professional removal and relocation of existing plumbing services during demolition and renovation, as well as the preparation of systems for new installations. Candidates must be highly skilled, reliable, and capable of strictly adhering to the safety and hygiene standards required in hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Demolition:

Safely isolate, disconnect, cap, and remove old water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures, pipes, and fittings (including PVC, copper, and cast iron) as part of the demolition phase.

System Preparation:

Prepare existing pipework for tie-ins to new installations, including cutting, threading, and soldering/welding pipes where required, following the site supervisor's instructions.

Leak Testing & Verification:

Perform basic pressure and leak tests on existing systems before and after isolation or capping to ensure the integrity of services remaining in use.

Material Handling:

Organize and shift specialized plumbing debris and scrap materials to the designated

Documentation & Reporting:

Accurately report on all decommissioned services and potential issues to the site supervisor.

Safety Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to all safety, health, and

hygiene protocols

required for working within an operational hospital environment.
Requirements

Proven experience as a

Plumber

, ideally with specific experience in

renovation

or

demolition

projects within existing buildings, preferably healthcare facilities. Solid technical knowledge of various plumbing systems, materials, and local regulations in the UAE. Proficiency in using a range of plumbing tools and equipment for cutting, threading, bending, soldering, and connecting pipes. Strong understanding of

safety and hygiene procedures

essential when working in sensitive healthcare environments. Physically fit, punctual, dependable, and capable of working effectively as part of a supervised renovation team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 66 per week
