Install plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and sewage systems in trailers and portacabins.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing schematics.
Fit and secure pipes using welding equipment, brackets, clamps, and other tools.
Install water tanks, heaters, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality.
Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, fixtures, or fittings.
Work collaboratively with fabrication and electrical teams to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems.
Ensure installations comply with industry standards and local plumbing codes.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a manufacturing or modular construction setting.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
Familiarity with both PPR, PVC, copper, and flexible piping systems.
Knowledge of local plumbing regulations and safety standards.
Physical stamina and dexterity to work in confined or elevated spaces.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
