Job Resposibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures in villa projects.
Interpret architectural and MEP drawings to plan plumbing layouts.
Work with premium brands and materials ensuring flawless finishes.
Conduct pressure tests, leak detection, and system diagnostics.
Coordinate with electricians, tilers, and HVAC technicians to ensure seamless integration.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.
Maintain daily work logs and report progress to site supervisors.
Respond to urgent repair requests and support handover inspections.
