Job Summary

:

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in buildings or facilities. This includes water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and other related installations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on plumbing experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, and sanitation). Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures (sinks, taps, toilets, water heaters, etc.). Identify plumbing problems and perform necessary troubleshooting. Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems. Detect and repair leaks, blockages, or drainage issues. Replace defective parts using hand and power tools. Ensure work is done safely and complies with UAE plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Cooperate with team members and report daily progress to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

:

ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent

2-5 years of plumbing experience

, preferably in the UAE or GCC Experience in commercial and residential plumbing systems Familiarity with UAE plumbing codes and safety standards Ability to work independently and under supervision Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus)

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage, and sanitary installations Ability to use plumbing tools and testing equipment safely Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights Time management and teamwork
